Reporting Documentation
Hello Everyone,
Is there any documentation for reporting in CRM? Specifically drill down functionality on a summary report. I want to create a report based on Status and their totals. Ideally I would like to have a report that shows the status and the total number of records in that status. When the user clicks the total it gives the details for all the records associated to the total. Is there any documentation that could supply some guidance in creating a report like this?
