ins-08109 unexpected error occurred while validating inputs at state "supportedOScheck" - with 11.2.

Hi,

We are installing 11.2.0.4 via patch 13390677.

Previously we have installed 11.2.0.3 but have messages in the alert log related to swapping.

Oracle informed us that the swapping problem is corrected in version 11.2.0.4.

./runInstaller

On the configure security updates screen the radio button for I wish to receive security updates via my oracle support is unchecked.

(answered yes to dialog box about remaining uninformed)

On the download software screen the skip software radio button is checked.

The installer is generating the following error;

INS-08109 unexpected error occurred while validating inputs at state 'SupportedOScheck'.
