Row height in HTML differ in PDF

I have a wide report.  It is design to be show in two adjacent page.  When I produced it in HTML format my row height appear correctly.  In PDF the height of the row appear correctly in page one but not in page 2.  The row height is determine by a celltext in page one.  For exemple, in page one the height is three line but in page two, the height is one line it should be three line also.
