expenditure item received from HR

hi

we have HR modules consist of HR ,  payroll and Labor distribution sub modules that send expenditure items to projects costing after run payroll and LD now the problem is : I get expenditure items (people) in projects costing with quantity 1 (one) . last month we donot have this problem .

please help  me
