ESU for Customization Analyzer in 812

Hi, I am looking to install Customization Analyzer in 812 for the upgrade project. Can I get some assistance for installing and configuring this tool. I have searched the update center and so far was not able to find the ESU containing this tool and also not able to find the install guide.

8.98/812 on Windows
