AP_WEB_CUST_DFLEX_PKG project info empty

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Dear

I have a requirement to add validation based on expenses report line type, and project , I try to use the AP_WEB_CUST_DFLEX_PKG  package and failed because the project information (project id, project number and project name) comes null any suggestion how to get project information at AP_WEB_CUST_DFLEX_PKG.CustomValidateLine level
