Plan Design Copy - How does it work

Hi

I am trying to use Plan design copy, to copy a new plan that we have setup in DEV instance , and import it into Test instance.

I have gone through the note ID that i see on metalink, but dont think it is much helpful.

I created New plan type, Plan, attached existing options to this new plan, attached the new plan to EXISTING Program, and also Program enrollment requirements, created standard rates. How can i migrate this setup to test instance.

I have 7 options for this plan, it takes lot of time moving this changes manually and creating rates both EE and ER.
