Doe the Hyperion 11.1.2.3 version is stable

We are  currently having Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.1.0 version and want to migrate to the latest, stable version.

What is the latest stable version of Hyperion Planning, Essbase suite ..?.

Also we are doing manpower planning and capital budget planning as our budgeting, by writing our own scripts in Business Rules with Hyperion Planning.
