User browser session closed with server busy message.

Hello Experts,

User browser session closed with server busy message, while working on siebel application and sometimes when we launch the application it is throwing server busy error message. This is happening sporadically.

SCbroker log file says "SBL-SCB-00017: The server id used for reconnect is invalid."

Note :  Our Siebel Environment has 2 gateway servers(Red had clustered) 4 App server with ACE (cisco) Load balancing and it is using least loaded mechanism , we did not use any LB config.txt file and Finally 4 Web server with F5 load balancing and even here we are  using least loaded mechanism.

Our Siebel Version : 8.1.1.11.

Please advise how to fix this issue.
