R9840DL is not loading data

Hi, I have installed the ESU for Customization Analyzer and ran the Data Load report in DV900. The job submitted and completed successfully but the pdf file is showing these errors:

Object Customizations Data Load Report

Object Customizations data load failed.

No Data Selected

Can I get some assistance on this.
