STANDBY DATABASE ON EBS RELEASE 12 ORACLE NET FILE CONFIGURATION

Hi

We are in process of configuration Physical standby database on our EBS Release 12.1.3 environment on top of 11.2.0.3.0 database. We followed the note 1070033.1 (11g R2) and 452056.1 (10g R2), the configuration was successfull and primary and standby communication was fine but when switching over and running adautocfg.sh on DB Tier it was unable to connect the database. Troubleshooted the issue and found out that the ifile was having incorrect tns entries changed it and executed it again and it went successfully, but i am still in doubt, my question is:

1. At the time of switchover when standby becomes primary what should be the value in our ifile before running adautocfg.sh on the new primary and new standby? and please help me understand the
