Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3 Form, Hierarchies Issue

Hello,

This may be a simple setting, however I am not able to figure out how to get the hierarchies to display top down.  For example, I created a form, and I have let's say Period as my row and Year in my column.  Year has the hierarchy of Year>Q1 - Q4 > Months.  In Form, when I click on the plus sign of year, I would expect Year to be on top, beneath it, and then the months, however what I am seeing is the opposite with the months on top, quarter beneath that, then year on the bottom.  Is
