Issues with Patch 18004477

Hi All,

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Oracle, we are applying patch 18004477 in a test instance following a fresh clone. We have run into several issues while running this patch:
1) Forms fail to compile during patch run, and cannot be compiled manually using adadmin (logs attached).
2) A worker has failed during hrglobal.drv application with the below errors (log attached):
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_CE_SUPPORT_PKG", line 108
ORA-06512: at line 108

We are unable to continue at this point with hrglobal.drv. Please advise on how we can resolve this issue.

I am not sure if the second issue is connected to the first, but we can open another TAR if that is not the case. Just let us know.
