iSupplier Portal vs EDI for inbound Invoices - Please consider this as urgent

Hello Experts

We are in the process of implementing EDI through a HUB and confirming one third party to use PO outbound and Invoice inbound. We had few discussions with them regarding the process to exchange the invoice electronically from Supplier (Inbound), when I was discussing with them with the process it made me remember iSupplier Portal, as the same functionality can deliver using this module , we have got iSupplier portal licensed, why cant we use iSupplier for invoices inbound? Can some one please let me know the costs that is involved and the challenges?

Its costing us 80K GBP for EDI inbound, I want to do a comparision and if iSupplier is cost effective then I will convince my management to use iSupplier
