PDF / RTF format files could not be opened

Hi

Please find attached two versions of control files and template registration screen prints.

For the first select we are trying to create two invoice documents one in PDF and second in RTF format. However, with XXTUL_US_INV_BURST_PDF_erroring.xml the generated PDF invoice file could not be opened and with XXTUL_US_INV_BURST_RTF_erroring.xml RTF file is erroring out / could not be saved in correct format. Could you please help?
