RMAN issue for Compressed Database

Hi,

After completing Oracle Advanced Compression - RMAN Taking more time to complete backup, also size of the RMAN backup is same as what we have before the compression.
One of our Dataware Housing Envirnoment was 10 TB before compression, now it is only 3 TB size, But the RMAN backup size is same as what was the before compression.
also log also says that 10 TB size was considered for Backup.

could you pls. guide us , Is there any work around can be done.
