Invalid User ID error after uploading data converted profiles into ARM

     Hi,

What is the best way to avoid this error?

We are doing a major conversion from a different vendor account reconciliation application to Oracle FCM (ARM).

When we load account profiles they turn up invalid because the user ID's don't exist.

Ok...that's fine, but when we try adding those same users who were preparers or reviewers of these profiles,

through the SHARED SERVICES console, they still come up invalid.

We noticed that there are some backend tables like ARM_USERS or ARM_TEAMS that may be required to be read by the profile code.

These are empty thus, maybe causing the error.
