R12 Global segments values among USA, Canada and Mexico

Dear Oracle Gurus:

In Release 11.5.10 we have one single instance among USA, Canada and Mexico and we were not able to have global segment values because of the languaje between english and spanish.

Example:

Natural Account Segment Values :

USA and Canada

-Cash

-Banks

Mexico

-Efectivo

-Bancos

Now I was wondering if in R12 by the time I was assigned segment values for instance in English "Cash" and If I log in into the oracle application in spanish it will translate in spanish as Efectivo.

In my view is not possible I might need to create two chart of accounts flexfield one which will have the segments values in english and another in spanish.
