in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

After applying patch Patch:  19513626 - 1-OFF BUG :12.1.3:17794754:GRANTS BILLING ROUNDING ENHANCEMENT an event awards funding summary is not showing the invoiced amount, is now showing zero dollars, has anyone had similar issues with the variance script from this patch??
