Hello,

I read the below snippet from link http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/options/clustering/rac-wp-12c-1896129.pdf and I am not very sure in understanding this how it dynamically takes care of load rebalancing according to workload

Please help me understand.I have not used this till now but if it's useful from business perspective then it should be implemented.
