Tax with end date is displaying in LOV (AP, PO)

Hi,

We create a tax wrongly and I would like to know why this particular tax is still displaying as an option in LOV for AP and PO modules. Tax has Effective From and Effective To equal (Last July 1st). How can we hide this tax?

Any idea?
