How to get rid of the historical ARM recons and data from test environment?

Hi,

Is there an easy way to get rid of the test data for the historical periods from Test environment?
We have a  bunch of old unwanted data lying in test environment and wanted to know if there is an easy way to delete the old data. Has anyone tried doing this?
