Problem while publishing the project

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I am getting the error while publishing the project.

Project Name :&Project;Task:&TASK;Resource Name: ;Budget lines with plan amounts not equal to actuals exists prior to actual through period date (Resource_Assignment=)


Please give me some clues to check the issue.
