error while upgrading application server to 10.1.3.5

HI ALL

when i'm upgrading application server from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5 i'm facing issues

error in the log file:

COPYRETRY : Retrying copy, due to exception :A runtime exception occurred during the execution of this action.

COPRETRY Attempt :1

COPYRETRY  new Jar File copied to temp:/tmp/OraInstall2014-09-23_12-40-24AM/temp18
