Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. oracle EBS upgradation from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4

Hi all,

we are planning to upgrade application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4.

can we upgrade directly to 12.2.4? or we need to upgrade to 12.2.2 or 3 then to 12.2.4.

and also please suggest database version recommondations.
