Approved manufacture list to popup in purchase order while entring the item

Hi,

In JDE 9.1, do we have any functionality which will popup list of manufacturer and their part # while entering my inventory item# in Purchase order and same will be printed PO.

I have lot of electronics item which has list of manufacture which we approve and note part#. One option in my mide is cross reference but i am not sure how can i pull in on PO.
