error while loading shared libraries: libdb.so.2: cannot open shared object file

I have installed ebusiness suite 21.1

Now I am trying to access it http://erieoracle.psu-erie.bd.psu.edu:8000 and I am getting cannot access the page

I have started:  adapcctl.sh  adstral.sh

I looked in the log  and I see the following
