Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are in E1 9.0 TR - 8.98.3.1.

Can any one help me derive an custom UBE between F43121 and F0911 tables at user level ?

Please treat this as most urgent.
