Maximum Quantity for specific Item

Dear All,

We are using ORACLE EBS R12.1.2 and 11g 11.1..0.7 database.

We are using both Order to Cash and Procure to pay cycles.

We have a business need to set a maximum quantity for specific items and/or specific/all customers when creating a sales order.

Example:

Item               Quantity    

XXXXX           10000

Customer shareef needs 1000 unit. But maximum limit for this item for this customer is 200 unit.

We need to control that while creating the sales order in order management.

Is that applicable? If yes How ?
