GRD copy in case instance fails

Hello,

Let's assume there is a 3 node rac and in node 1 the instance crashes so in that case I understand that the resource mastership would again be reconfigured among the remaining instances which was earlier owned by node 1 but since the instance is not up now how the other instance would come to know about the GRD contents of node 1 instance.
