Merger - Full HR to Shared HR
Hello Folks,
We have requirement where a X company is acquiring Y company. Almost one third employees(globally) of Y will be merging with X.
X is in 12.1.3 and using Shared HR, while Y is in 12.0.4 Full HR. X using Setup BG while Y on 2 Business groups - (US BG and Global BG).
Core HRMS KFF's structure is entirely different with major differences as shown below -
X uses 1 Position segment while Y does NOT
X uses 2 segments each for Job and Grade, while Y uses 3.
Y has 2 competence segments while X does NOT
X uses 1 future segment for People group while Y uses 2 segments.
