Error when running ICT report

Hi,

We have created a number of ICT reports for the business uers to use. However, one of the key reports are throwing out an error and we are unable to resolve it.

The following error message appears when the "Intercompany Match by Account" report is run:

1.Invalid Item ID.

2.JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.epm.fm.common.exception.HFMException, msg=Invalid Item ID.

The following exception has occurred in DCInvokeMethod.invokeMethod(): oracle.jbo.JboException with message: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.epm.fm.common.exception.HFMException, msg=Invalid Item ID.

Would appreciate if someone could assist to help rectify the issue.
