Unable to receive goods in LCM and WMS enable organization.

Problem Description

I create Inventory organization (Code = LCM) and I apply LCM charges on PO Shipment and save but when I try to create Receiving from Telnet system this is not  showing any data. But the same PO i am able to receive from Inventory Organization from Application I am Using telnet because i dont have WMS Gui enable Guys Kindly Reply on this
