R12.1.1 relinking issue

Hello,

Trying to execute relink FNDWRR.exe using adadmin but faced error:

Error 128

Done with link of fnd executable 'FNDWRR.exe' on Tue Sep 23 12:31:24 AST 2014

Relink of module "FNDWRR.exe" failed.

See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible

reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid

running adrelink has read, write, and execute permissions

on the directory E:/Oracle/DVLP/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin,

and that there is sufficient space remaining on the disk partition

containing your Oracle Applications installation.
