MLS in Oracle EBS R12

Hi All

Currently we are in production environment with Oracle EBS version R12.1.3 and going for multiple country Roll Outs one after another and planning to have MLS (Multi Language Support). We would like to know:

1) Testing scope for Oracle EBS with MLS patching enabled

2) How it impacts the scale (effort & timelines) of testing for First Implementation with MLS patching enabled

3) Ongoing Roll Out programs (for new countries) with MLS patching enabled

4) Incremental enhancements like patching, upgrades etc with MLS patching enabled

5) Are there any other aspects that program needs to consider / aware of for the MLS implementation

It would be really appreciated if you can share your past/current experience on MLS. Kindly share link to whitepaper/documents if any
