R12.1.1 : Applying the patches, to upgrade ATG and AD code level in R12.1.1 -

Hello,

oracle support advises us to apply R12.HR_PF.B.delta.7 on the code levels as below.
R12.AD.B.delta.3
R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3

As we are on R12.AD.B.1 is it possible to upgrade the code levels as mentioned and apply the HR delta-7 patch or should we need to upgrade our system to R12.1.3
