How to setup approval group with more condition?

Hi,

      How to setup approval group (Purchasing management) with these condition?

      Warehouse Manager  can approve PR  by

            < 1,000,000 $    for  Packaging Raw Material.

            >= 1,000,000$   forward to General Manager

            < 20,000$   for  Raw Materail except the packaging raw materials

            >= 20,000$     forward to General Manager

      How to setup these condition for approval group & approval assignment
