In response to SNC-Oracle - Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3 Form, Hierarchies Issue

Hi, @SNC-Oracle

Seemingly your post about hierarchies in dataforms has disappeared from the Oracle forums, so I've creates this thread to answer it.

We are using 11.1.2.1 and from my experience dynamic selections on dataforms will always show parents at the bottom.

They only way I've found to make dataforms show parents on top is making a manual selection of the members, then manually reordering them.

So, if you want the Period dimension to display as following:

YearTotal

     Q1

          jan

          feb

          mar

     Q2

          apr

          etc...

you have to manually select members in that order, or just type the members name in the desired order in the dataform settings, i.e: YearTotal,Q1,jan,feb,mar,Q2,apr,etc...
