Integrate HFM 11.1.2.1 to EBS R12.1.3

Dear Experts,

Please note that we are planning to upgrade our Hyperion HFM Instance running on the 11.1.2.1 with EBS R12.1.3 ?

I would like to know the Support Documents and reference on the above.

Also wanted to know whether 11.1.2.1 directly can be integrated with R12.1.3 or do we have to go for an upgrade of HFM 11.1.2.1 to the latest version
