Whether user can choose the ratio of splitting mass addition lines?

Hi Everyone,

Our client has a requirement where they want that user can
choose the ratio of splitting mass addition lines. 

For e.g. When we SPLIT mass addition line having 5 units, by
standard oracle functionality, it creates 5 separate asset lines in ON HOLD
state. Can we somewhere check and give the user a preference of splitting the
lines as per their desired ratio?
