How to calculate a sales order line price based on the total value of the lines

Hi,

The customer is into sale of vehicles. The vehicle comprises with some options, at the sales order / quotation creation level the vehicle is selected from a BOM. All the options required are selected from the configurator. Prices are picked up for each option from the price list. Each & every vehicle has an insurance change & this should be calculated automatically(can't be picked up from the price list because the total value of options selected could vary based on the options selected in the order) . Insurance charge is the total value of all the options multiplied into 0.455%.
