Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is a zero work order in the F4801?

When doing a product Completions (R31114) we're getting a Web Client Exception with business function B3100770 CompletionsEndDoc.

Research on MOS indicates the error is caused by a "zero (0) work order existing in the F4801.

So what is a zero (0) work order?
