How to open Report Builder 11.1.2.1.0?

Our DBA installed Oracle FMW 11g Forms and Reports on the host
Sun OS 5.10. From my Windows desktop I can login to the host by using the Reflection
X-Windows and then able to launch the Forms Builder successfully. But failing
to open the Reports Builder. When I use the command, it is doing nothing,
neither hanging nor giving any error. What is the fix? Can someone please help
me out?

Here is my command:

/u01/Oracle/Middleware/asinst_1/config/reports/bin/rwbuilder.sh
