Progress Reporter changes dates and they appear in P6 without being submitted

Hello everyone!

Here we are, trying to figure out if this is normal behavior of the software or there is actually something wrong with our installation of PR and P6...

We are working with P6 EPPM 8.2 and P6 Progress Reporter.

We have configured the options: "One approval level - Resource manager approval required",  "Uses timesheets"  for the resource, the etc.

Everything seems to be working fine when submitting timesheets, real work units are correctly applied, etc. but we cannot undersatnd why when the PR user changes a date it automatically changes the data on P6, even without being submitted and even when Apply Actuals hasn't been applied.
