Not sure if this is an intended functionality or a bug.  We currently have one medical plan.  But this coming open enrollment, we are creating an additional medical plan.  So therefore 2 medical plans for the same plan type.  I noticed that if an employee is enrolled in the current medical plan with dependent coverage and then switches over to the new medical plan with the same dependent coverage, the dependent is covered by default in the new medical plan. My expectation is that the employee should explicitly designate the dependents in the new medical plan, it should not automatically
