Freight Lines are failing because of missing accounting

Hi,

I am importing invoices with lines of type line and Freight,

Freight lines are failing at the autoinvoice interface with error (All enabled segments of Transaction Flexfield must have a value (332.415 JEDAIR EXPORT SO

  HEADER.93400.0.1.4111.0.0.0.596.0. 0. 0.  0.)

Freight and receivables share same accounting rules where all segment values come from Transaction type and intercompany segment come from Customer site, so Transaction type and Customer site have both receivables and Freight accounting string populated, but the Receivables line get generated and not the Freight line !!!
