Loading currency exchange rates from EBS to ARM via FDMEE

When rates for a period are imported from EBS to ARM via FDMEE, if a rate does not exist for that period on the EBS side, then the last available rate is imported.

For example, we imported rates for the DEC-2013 period into ARM.

On the EBS side, we do not have an exchange rate for USD to EEK conversion for DEC-2013.

The last rate for this conversion on the EBS side is from FEB-2011.

This old rate from FEB-2011 was imported into ARM as the USD to EEK conversion rate for DEC-2013.

Is there an option to turn off importing rates from previous periods?
