Current record indicator is not displaying in custom form

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Dear Experts,

We have Oracle  EBS  R12.1.3. and oracle DB 11.2.0.3.

In  Custom developed  form , we want to display the current record indicator in detail block.

For the same, we have created TEXT ITEM  named  CURRENT_RECORD_INDICATOR with subclass Information = CURRENT_RECORD_INDICATOR .

Also set the Canvas for this item and result it will display in the layout of the canvas  but unfortunately, it is not display at run time.

Anyone can guide me what I am missing  for the same ?
