X-Server and DISPLAY Setups for Oracle EBS on AIX 6.1

Experts,

On our Oracle EBS 12.1 environment running on AIX 6.1 concurrent requests like Active user & Active Responsibilities are running endlessly.However, all other concurrent requests are completing fine.

We want to ensure our X-Server/DISPLAY setups are correct. Also, are there any other requests or diagnostic tests available within EBS to test the Display/ X-Server tests.
