Hello. I need to change encoding for process/procedure (CTD or some Integration Object), which write data to S_COMM_DTL.

Hyperlink names in S_COMM_DTL have wrong encoding(f.e. " ÑÑÑ‹Ð»ÐºÐ° Ð½Ð° Ð¢Ð " or " web-?????? ??????? ???? ??????? ").
