S_COMM_DTL.HYPERLINK_NAME encoding (Siebel MKTG)

Hello. I need to change encoding for process/procedure (CTD or some Integration Object), which write data to S_COMM_DTL.

Hyperlink names in S_COMM_DTL have wrong encoding(f.e. " ссылка на ТН " or " web-?????? ??????? ???? ??????? ").
